During a West Vancouver home inspection, I was gobsmacked by its stunning view. It was time to take a pause that refreshes.
Just completed a home inspection of an 11 year old house. The building was custom built in superior condition, with a few surprises.
But during the inspection I just had to pause and admire the skyline. It was a pause that refreshes. The south facing view lot had a large patio but quite a small grassy area, with a few rose bushes, and a garden area of kale and garlic planted, bordering on acres of raw bush full of prickly blackberries… a perfect lot for a minimalist. I had to stop and smell the roses, literally. The landscaping was just right, from my perspective.
